
We know you love shopping so our Policies are easy to understand and straight forward.
Shipping:
If you are shipping within NZ then it will cost you $9.00 for overnight delivery.
If you spend over $500 then we will ship to you overnight for FREE!
International Shipping:
If you are shipping International then it will cost you $29.00 for delivery which will take 3 - 5 days.
If you spend over $500 then we will ship to you for FREE!
Returns:
If you need a different size, or if a garment just wasn't what you expected, we'll happily do an exchange or a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Please just make sure that garments have not been used, worn, washed or damaged.

We promise that we are not going to pass on your email addresses or personal information without your permission. However, feel free to share our information with as many fashion loving people as possible!
The only time we share your information with another company is when we communicate with your credit card company when you pay for your new clothes.
We love it when new people join our mailing list because it means we can tell you about new product, great sales and all things Andrea Moore, but if you want to unsubscribe at anytime it is very straight forward and no hassle!
Payment
All personal information, address, email, credit card details must be filled out correctly to ensure that we can send you your new purchases quickly and correctly.
Payment is via credit card only (mastercard, and visa) and all credit card payments are processed through DPS. DPS is an electronic payment service that enables businesses to safely and securely accept and process customer payments by credit or charge card via a website or call centre. Orders will be dispatched when we have received payment in full and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order.
On confirmation of payment a receipt will be sent through to the email address you provided containing your invoice number.
Availability
It may happen that on occasion a garment you want to buy has just been wrapped up and walked out the door with another customer before our website has time to update. On the rare chance that this happens, you will be notified immediately and our friendly staff will help guide you in a replacement item or refund your money. We don’t hold stock due to the boutique nature of our business but rules are made for breaking, so if you are desperate, contact us and we’ll help you out.
Sale Items
Sorry but we can’t do refunds on sale items. If you have any questions please contact us before you finalise you purchase with payment.
